It was very nice for what we needed was a place to stop for the nigh.
Positives:
The hotel was disappointing. There was no breakfast provided, with the excuse being "Covid." The room was in need of repair, with peeling wall coverings, holes in the shower wall, and loose tile. The Wi-Fi was great. I thought the room was overpriced.
Negatives:
Either provide a breakfast or update the description and remove any references to breakfast. Fix the rooms.

NOTHING!! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!! THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND A TOTAL RIP OFF!! My grandsons Mom got sick while she was traveling by herself w/kids so i pd for her a room but she didnt have my cc w/her so she couldnt ck in! AND THEY KEPT MY MONEY!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! THEY WOULDNT EVEN LET ME ADD HER NAME TO MY RESERVATION! I OFFERED TO SEND IN A COPY OF MY CC & DL & AUTHORIZATION,ETC WE WENT UP THE RD TO HOLIDAY INN & THEY HELPED US!! BUT I LOST MY MONEY W/THESE PPL FIRST!!

I paid for a room for someone else and the guy would not let him have the room because he didnt have my card or ID, this has happened more than once. He got double paid that night because that person had to buy another room and they wouldnt refund me
Positives:
The room was clean and well appointed in a modern way. The bathroom was spotless and the tub very comfortable for a hot soak. The location was both convenient and quiet. The only suggestion I have is to post checkout time on the inside of the room or provide one of those binders full of information that most motel rooms have.

I think COVID is enough behind us that we could return to offering continental breakfast.
