We were there with a convention for the blind. We had 40 blind people who were all nervous about being in a new place. The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond for our group. Hotel employee was amazing and instrumental in making our event smooth.

I didn't like the tiny pool. I fell out of the tub in our room and injured myself bad. No call from hotel to help me.No call from manager that I requested. I need x-rays and I can't get anyone to tell me where to send my bills. Floors in bathroom need rubber mats. I had none. Another guest my age fell also. Not good customer service.
