Room felt old and needs re-do. Was not impressed at Front Desk reception. Not a well trained receptionist. (Maybe was new employee.)

I asked for a handicap accessible room near to entrance and exits but was on 4 th floor many rooms from elevator. My son has Parkinson’s and was recovering from Cancer radiation. Also, the door was hard to open. He didn’t leave the room because it was so hard to open( he stated). I surely expected a refrig but no, not one. Wouldn’t stay there again.
