$100 mandatory deposit on check in. The room smelled and we found some hair in the tub and on the floor not a big deal but still gross and then we found 2 HUGE cockroachs and immediately checked out. We were in the room for less than 15 min. Now we are having a really hard ttime getting a refund for some reason!

Close to shopping and zoo is only 1/2 Mile down road. It was clean just a older place.

On side is gas station and people getting in fighting at night and races at night. Was not the best neighbor hood.
