The hotel was amazing and upheld the standards of hilton

The bed was not very comfortable and did not provide a quality night of sleep

There was no hot water when we went to shower around 3 pm in afternoon. We was also woke up my an alarm at 3 am to go downstairs for an emergency, but it ended up being a false alarm. Lots of people upset.

The management and staff acted like we were lucky to have them wait on us. Maybe the staff was having a bad day? But it wasn't very clean and wasn't very friendly.

They charged me to park in the regular parking lot, also the bathroom door had dried old vomit on the door it took two attempts over 45 mins to get it cleaned up. The bathroom outlets had so much dust around & in the holes, it looked like a lion' mane.
