Value was good and many improvements since it was Extended Stay. I felt safer.
Negatives:
Even though I requested a smokeless room, there was still a heavy smell of smoke and on everything I took away from there.

The stay was okay, me checking in was an issue because it took so long. The manager there was good, he helped out whenever needed. I didn’t have a lot of needs so that’s pretty simple.
Negatives:
The lady checking me in seemed either incompetent or just ignorant. It took forever for me to check because of the way I prepaid. The managers instructions seemed pretty clear but it didn’t seem like she was really listening. It was fairly clean but people smoking in the rooms seeped into my room and the hallways had a bit of a smell but not unbearable thankfully.

Mostly clean rooms. Good location.

Rusty refrigerator. Dirty walls with no art and chipped paint. Uncomfortable mattress. Dead roach in stairs was there the whole time. Stairway was dirty and smelled. Everything seemed run down.

Great value for the price, especially during the eclipse when others were price gouging. Everything was clean except for corners. I pre-clean before going into a hotel room for my pets. The staff was friendly and great. I had read negative reviews on the clientele, but everyone I met here was friendly. Lots of nice people here. This place works for lots of different types of travelers. My pets were happy here and they made lots of new acquaintances.
Negatives:
The carpet on the second floor hallway needs to be ripped up and replaced. Ventilation for cooking smells could be better. Upon entry I smelled beer, donuts, Indian food, pot, pizza and a thousand other smells I can't even describe. The rooms need updating. They were clean but beaten from use or abuse.
