Location was very close to hospital and room was clean. Afternoon staff was friendly and helpful, morning staff not so much.

Room was next to electrical room, laundry and back door. Very noisy
I had to be at the hospital at 5:30 am and when I went by the desk I noticed breakfast in bags to go, I asked if I could have one and was told no I had to reserve. No where did I see this info

The extra sitting area was nice so you didn’t have to sit on the beds to watch TV and you could rest and relax on the couch after a long day of shopping at McCain Mall. And the fridge was a nice touch for leftovers to snack on late night.
Negatives:
The breakfast only being open till 9pm. I think the end time should be more around 10-10:30am. Right when it hit 9:01am the lady running the breakfast closed guest up in the room and wouldn’t let anyone else get seconds.

Maintenance was working on the light fixture above my door at check in, they left some debris behind that stayed there the whole time. The suite was a good size and functional but there were stains on the carpet and the ceiling.

Very clean hotel. Check in staff were friendly and check in was easy. There were ample luggage carts with nice reminders to please return them for others. The room was comfortable. Our room was on the first floor which I liked.
Negatives:
The bathroom door stuck and when effort was applied to open it, I thought it was coming out of its track. Breakfast was the usual.
