Positives:
They cancelled my reservation as I was pulling up to the hotel after a 7.5 hour drive. Of course they blamed it on online booking. We didn't get our breakfast and they charged us 20.00 more than what we got thru booking.com. we ordered a double bed and received a king. The room was clean and the towels were soft. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The whole experience was horrible. The restaurant was bad and if you bought an alcoholic beverage at the bar, it cost you 1.00 more than if you ordered it with your meal. We had dinner for 4 and 3 of the orders were wrong. Not to mention the taste. The burger looked good but was dry and tasteless.

The property itself is nice, we had friendly staff and everyone in the restaurant was really welcoming and very helpful.

We have been charged twice for our stay and to this day haven’t received our money back for the mistaken second charge. We have been in touch multiple times, including when we were at the property and no one has offered us any solution to this matter.

I could not get the air conditioning set to a comfortable setting. The room felt very damp. My clothes hanging in the closet were very damp. I had to use the hair dryer to dry them out. Also, I was very disappointed that there was no free continental breakfast.

The napkin box was empty and only one roll of toilet paper (although there were two slots). So I called to ask for both, and the staff only brought me toilet paper. When I asked for the box of napkin, she asked me "do you want me to walk down and up again?" I said "yes please, thank you" then she never came back with the napkin... Staff needs more training!
