Nice and clean. My lamp shades in my room were wobbly and need to be replaced.
Negatives:
I paid for my room online. I was unaware that I had to pay $250 security deposit. I thought maybe they needed a card to have on file or maybe charge $150, but $250 was insanely too high. Due to me booking the room the day of I was told that I couldn’t be refunded for the room. The woman at the front put no effort in trying to help find a solution. I didn’t have the whole $250 on my card and had to call to borrow it from someone which was kind of embarrassing. Especially with me checking in so late. I was just ready to get in the room to rest. Still haven’t received my $250 deposit back.
