Area was nice, different variety for food options, air conditioning was cold and shower water was hot

Sofa bed was filthy with yellow stains on it, the mattress part was coming apart on the side and it was very uncomfortable, no linens provided for the sofa bed so i had to sleep on the couch or the floor, there was a small hole in the living area floor, no extra towels or blankets as requested, front desk did nothing when i brought all of this to their attention just a lousy "im sorry" paid for a suite with king bed and sofa bed but the bed in the separate room was a queen size and not as advertised on booking.com

Moved 3 rooms on 2 different floors due to roaches of all sizes, dead and alive. I immediately went out and bought my own bleach and roach spray because hair was also throughout the shower in room 1. Room 2 also developed a puddle that extended quite a bit after turning the AC unit on. I gave up moving by the 3rd room (yes, with roaches) because I was exhausted from traveling all day and all I wanted to do was sleep. But not before spraying the room.

Upon entering, the grass was deep & the shrubs overgrown and entry area dirty. My one night stay was for a medical procedure prep, and the bathroom fan was horribly nosy/dysfunctional. After sitting on the sofa for a few minutes, I had bites on the back of my neck and spent my time researching bedbugs and home now trying to prevent an infestation into my home… suitcase outside in the sun and ALL clothes in the washing machine & HOT dryer‼️
