Positives: They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was quality which was nice. The room was spacious and clean and the location was great.
Negatives: I was disappointed in the staffs attitude. They seemed annoyed or bothered that we were there, like an interruption to their day. This was especially true with the lady who checked us in. It was stressful honestly.

Negatives: The hotel charged us a $50 pet fee which was not disclosed when I booked. I couldve booked a nicer hotel if I had known. The beds only had a thin blanket on top so we shivered all night and the pillows were pretty worn out. Staff not super friendly.

Positives: The innovative design concept and location near shopping mall, restaurants and expressway.
Negatives: Breakfast items were not refilled at timely manner. Had to wait for eggs and bacon for 15 minutes, and the pancake machine was out of pancake mix. Luckily I was not in a hurry out the door.

Negatives: The shower pressure is out of control. I love hot high pressured showers, but holy crap, it was like being interrogated with a fire hose (and no way to adjust pressure). Shower door also leaked water everywhere and felt altogether cheap.
