Not very well insulated. We heard doors shutting and talking until late in the night and again early in the morning.

Easy to get to with a stop light to turn into the main road (Rogers Ave). Breakfast was ready by 6am which was nice with having to leave by 6:30 for a meeting.
Negatives:
My room was right next to the elevator door on the second floor (room 218) so all night long I heard people talking/rolling suitcases around. The room door also didnt have the locking latch just the one on the handle.

Nice area , grounds pet friendly, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, there was a nice variety of choices, and the coffee was hot.

Water pressure was kinda low, bathroom could use a hook on the door or a towel bar.

The rooms appear to have been furnished with second hand furnishings. The door to the hall did not seal fully allowing noise into my room I had no hot water for 2 mornings and reported this to the staff. I doubt I'll get a comp on the room price.
