Staff goes above and beyond to try and make accommodations, even when every room is booked. The breakfast is well curated but I come for the sausage links. Seriously they're the kind with an edible outer layer that peels back.

It was very clean. Breakfast was really good. Liked having the pantry for drinks, snacks or hygiene necessity's you could charge to your room; very convenient.
Negatives:
Manager knew the bike event was happening and only had one customer service desk on duty. Didn't have enough towels in my room. Didn't have a pillow or sheets/blanket for the pull out couch; Had to go ask front desk for the extra bedding. And The pool was closed (It was 90 degrees outside) No Hot tub.
