The breakfast was good and the location was good and easy to get to.
Negatives:
The staff were inattentive! They were more concerned with smoking rather than be at the front desk for customers! It literally took 4 hours and numerous calls just to get 1 extra pillow and 1 blanket. For the high price I expected way more from this hotel! We will not be staying here again and wouldn't recommend!

They closed the kitchen down at 8:30pm. The kitchen wasn't supposed to close down until 10 pm. The lady working the counter was rude and had an attitude. I didn't appreciate it. At check out, the front desk lady asked if anything was broken in the room. When I told her yes, she slammed the cards on the desk & huffed. I felt unwelcomed & uncomfortable. Best Western has given me better service.

Hotel was very clean nice room most of staff was friendly except for night manager, not sure why he works in customer service he was a complete jerk.
Negatives:
The tv in my room kept turning on and off and the night manager was so rude to me when I called to report it not working properly. He had the worst attitude ruined my experience will not be returning to this hotel.
