The carpet was filthy & VERY wet in front of the sink.Smell was awful.Outlet under nightstand was loose & not covered.My charger would not work in any other outlet.The only reason we stayed was it was so late & we were exhausted.No breakfast,but fruit.

Being charged on my card after I paid cash, that's the only bad thing about the whole trip, and I still haven't got my card credited back for the room! The employee during the evening kept saying that my reservation wasn't showing up and that it showed that there was no one in room 123 and the employee that checked us in gave me the keys and I was a little aggravated because she couldn't tell me anything, and kept saying they could do something Saturday and my card is still pending!!!

Bed cover was gross. Room stank of smoke. I didnt realize I had gotten a smoking room and it was all booked up so i couldnt change rooms.

Interior of room had dark smudged surfaces, ceiling vent was dirty, no reason to believe that any or all touch surfaces had been thoroughly cleaned. Carpet was sticky, door had been damaged and shoddily repaired. Doesnt represent the Wyndham standard.
