We did NOT STAY due to clerk stated he could NOT find the reservation confirmation and had no room. Clerk was VERY rude! I have attempted multiple times to cancel and get my payment REFUNDED, but every time it gives an ERROR!! I have reported it to my credit card company!

The pricing was ridiculous. They wouldn't give me a full weekend rate. I paid $90 for 1 night and was expect to pay an additional $170 for another night instead of $170 for the whole weekend.

Positives:
The hotel is owned and run by a very amicable family that are not native to the US but are very accommodating and personable. There isn't a nagging housekeeping crew bothering you every 30 mins about checking out.
Negatives:
It's honestly a bit overpriced even though it's typically the cheapest option in Pine Bluff. They are skimpy on hygiene related supplies, leaving only a bare minimum of toiletries and bath cloths in the room.

There were bugs in various places of my room. My sheets were dirty, and when I checked into the room, the staff at the front counter forgot to give me back my ID. I got in contact with the hotel tried to make arrangements for them to mail me my ID seeing that I did not not stay in the city of this hotel. Nobody wanted to cooperate with me. I stayed in communication with the hotel for several weeks trying to get my license back, but never did get it back and had to Replace the ID myself. Unfortunately
