The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for more towels, they brought them to me quickly! The room was very comfortable and it was quiet enough!

The elevator was really loud. It would screech as the door opened and closed, which I could hear in my room down the hall. I can't imagine what it would be like in an adjacent room.

Everything seems high in price, outside trash could have been taken care of more and was okay with no room service everyday but again would have liked to coordinate removal of trash.

Check-in process was smooth. Snack selection was great, lots to select from. Lots of open parking. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the lack of compassion from the front desk employee following the tornado that occurred in the area overnight, 05/25/2024. I traveled from Barnsdall (previously extensively damaged by an EF4 tornado on 05/06/2024) for a softball tournament with my daughter and disappointed in the lack of protocol for severe weather. After losing power during the storm, I was very disappointed in the lack of compassion from the front desk, in regard to a question about whether a refund would be given, due to the lack of electric. I didn't expect hostility, but a simple, response to my question, would have been sufficient.
