DO NOT stay there! Has a terrible experience!!!
Got to the hotel at 10pm to check in, the lady at the front desk informs me that the hotel was fully booked and unfortunately my room didnt have a working toilet! She put me on the 3rd floor and said the only thing the hotel could do was to give me a key to another bedroom (which was going through renovations) on the SECOND FLOOR!!! Seriously the hotel expected me to walk to another floor or downstairs to use the bathroom??? Mind you, Im PREGANT!! Needed to use the bathroom multiple times during the night and that was the treatment I got. I asked why they didnt call me to let me know, so at least Id have had the chance to book somewhere else but the excuse was that there was no phone numbers on file! Such BS!!!! Oh and as soon I as I get in the room, no towels in the bathroom! Worst experience Ive ever been through!
