After Monday, Oct 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 7, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: It was better than expected except for 1 bar of soap for 2 people, had to grab soap from sink to shower then back to sink.

Negatives: Handicap on 2nd floor? How would disabled folks get out if elevators are not working and can not roll down the stairs? Won't be back until handicapp with service dog are able to be on ground floor.

Positives: To start with what I liked, first the staff were amazing all kind hard working people literally no complaints about them, second is that there showers were divine I swear it was amazing

Negatives: Lots of things to complain about tho, first bed was hard as a rock, second sheets and blanket where rough and irritating, third was not fully cleaned found a broken vape and bills from the person who had the room last, fourth the paint was peeling in the bathroom ceiling, fifth middle of my stay they had people coming in to clean the air conditioning while I was still there made the room very wet and smell, Sixth the kitchen equipment looks like it was never cleaned ever, seventh furniture in general looks like it was never taken care of chips and cracks almost everywhere, eighth being next to a highway means is always loud 24/7 so good luck sleeping, ninth TV was really old like early 2000s old

Negatives: Hated Everything, staff was rude when checking when checking out the front desk was shuttered and nobody was around. The rooms and lobby were absolutely filthy. The beds were horrible, no water pressure. This hotel was worse than a cheap motel 6.
