Negatives: Was advertised as having a breakfast and we got no breakfast

Negatives: It would have been nice to have more options for breakfast than a waffle. The coffee was terrible.

Negatives: Gnats and tub

Negatives: Took a 50$ deposit at check-in and after 2 months I still haven't got it back despite contacting them several times

Negatives: The breakfast was a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!! We actually booked online because breakfast was included. In the morning when we went for breakfast it seemed it wasn't set up. I asked the lady where breakfast was and she said its right there. I must've looked surprised so she said..."there's breakfast, coffee and granola bars" Are you kidding me!!!!!!! COFFEE AND GRANOLA BARS?!?!?! Well I dont drink coffee and there was only 1 granola bar. There was a juice machine but don't know if it even worked. Later we stayed in Troy, Illinois and the breakfast there was a standard breakfast. Why the difference between the same chain? Being a Wyndham property, it is very disappointing and will never stay there again.

Negatives: The room was not guest ready. AC was taken apart, fridge was in the middle of the room, the light fixture on the ceiling was missing, there were no blanket(was given up on request )and no curtains, so privacy was minimal. There was trash on the counter by the TV. It was late at night and I just needed to rest, didn't had time to start a fuzz, but I'm just being honest. Next morning at the check out, the other receptionist asked why they gave us that room and it wasn't ready for guests. Apparently a miscommunication with other receptionist, and I paid the price.

Negatives: Towel rack was missing with hole sloppily patched. Remote control had a burn mark. Room was non smoking but the whole hallway smelled like smoke. Bed sheets had an obvious burn mark from a cigarette. Booked the room for three people but only had enough towels for one person.

Negatives: The lady (MS GRAY OR BRAY) was very RACIST AND IT WAS TOTALLY OBVIOUS!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BOOKING HOTELS ON THIS BOOKING APP!! SHE LIED AND SAID SHE DIDNT SEE MY CONFIRMATION AND I KNOW HOW THIS APP WORKS LIKE THE BACK OF MY HAND!!!..SHE EVEN CANCELED MY BOOKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT THE VERY NXT MORNING AND ALL I WANTED WAS SOMEWHERE TO NAP BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO MAKE THE DRIVE BACK HOME AFTER CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY AT THE CASINO…SHE LITERALLY HAD ME GOING THROUGH TROUBLE OF CALLING BOOKING…THEY EVEN REACHED OUT TO HER AND SHE STILL LIED!!!AND JUST TO BE PLAYED IN MY FACE DONT BOOK HERE

Negatives: We never got to see a room. The hotel canceled my 2 rooms while I was traveling to get to the hotel. One room was for my sister and her husband and the other was for me. The hotel staff tried to charge my card at 8:30am on the morning that I was traveling. I was not scheduled to check in and pay until 3pm, and I didn’t find out the rooms were cancelled until I arrived at the hotel. I called Booking.com and they said my reservations were not cancelled by them. I had to find another hotel, so Booking.com referred me to another hotel.

Negatives: It would have been better if they had two trash bins in the room.
