Positives:
Walking distance to Yiwu International Trade City District 3. Room is nice and comfortable with big TV which I get immediate assistance to get it work. Need to put RMB 100 as deposit but reception outright asked for RMB 300, which kinda puzzled me. Breakfast not quite tasty. Friendly and helpful hotel staff, two came to my rescue when I missed the step in the front porch, and I thank you!

The front porch is a raised platform which may easily cause a fall, especially on a rainy day.

It is located very close to the 4th District of the Yiwu International market which makes it convenient to access. There are a lot of diverse eateries offering a wide variety of food options to choose from.
Negatives:
Additional spoken language training for the front desk staff would be helpful to improve ease of communicating since the hotel's regular international clientele come from English, Arabic, Spanish, German, and French speaking countries.
