As always like the kitchenette and being able to cook food. When traveling it's nice not too have ta eat out all the time. Plus this location is only minutes away from my job site.

The fact I can cook food instead of having to eat out all the time. The room is a good size and comfy. They provide dishes so you don't have too worry about them.

The fact that this time I was checked into four rooms before they found a clean one. This is the first time it's happened and I stay there a lot. The last time I got was clean til I went to shower. And there was black hair all over the shower. I have grey hair that is a problem.

The only thing I liked about this property was its proximity to the Santa Clara Convention Center I had a conference to attend to. I really disliked EVERYTHING about my stay at this property and truly wish I never wasted my money here.
Negatives:
Check-in was the first bad experience. The person checking us in the evening of 2/28/24 was speaking to someone on the ear piece the entire process, not once making eye contact, no welcome or thank you. The room was filthy. The sink clogged. Terrible!
