It was absolutely beautiful. The garden areas were gorgeous and they were so festive with the Halloween decorations. My toddler loved it. The pond and fountains were very tranquil.
Negatives:
The cafe was absolutely horrible. My families food was really salty. I got the Alfredo and it tasted like a wet noodle. There was no flavor. I had to call the cafe to get the waiter to come out cause he never came to check on us. No one came so I went to the check in for the restaurant and told her everything and I had them bring some spices out for me and then it was fine after I fixed it. We got the 15 % off discount from the hotel but they should have done more after that incident. Probably one of the worst restaurants I ever been to.

My room wasn’t ready at check in time. I had to wait in the lobby and although it was comfortable, my family was exhausted from a 7 hour drive in and all we wanted to do was lay down.

The location was perfect since it was close to Disneyland Resort, making it very convenient. The theme of the hotel was entertaining. The room was spacious.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient, but it does seem a bit outdated and could use a face lift.

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, very quiet, convenient store for supplies, nice pool area, shuttle was a nice bonus considering location.
Negatives:
Not always room for everyone on the shuttle which meant more waiting, bathrooms need remodeling, elevators are old and tiny.
