Check In Process was Very Fast and Convenient as was the check out process . Sound Level of Neighbors was Minimum To None ! Dinner Buffet was very Tasty , would have liked some more dessert options but it is definitely worth the price !

Shuttle is great, the shop is open late in case you need food or drink. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd time there in less than a year. We will only use this hotel when going to Disneyland.

Positives:
Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Great location and the shuttle bus runs throughout the day, to and from the parks. Restaurant, bar and little store in lobby. Pool and hot tub was clean too.
Negatives:
They charge $25 per day to park in the parking lot. When checking in, I mentioned being disappointed that they charge to park when I've paid for a room. The staff was polite and apologized but said there was nothing they could do about it. However, I later looked on the website and I saw that they offer free parking to military, teachers and medical professionals. The staff I previously spoke to failed to mention that! So the next day I took my medical ID to the desk and they credited my account for free parking. It would have been nice if the staff I originally talked to had offered that discount as an option right away.

The only good thing about this place is close to the freeway.
Negatives:
Their buffet is garbage not enough selection, the pool size is so small you can't even enjoy it. The housekeeping receptionist have an attitude. They didn't clean our room and we stayed there for 6 days and 5 nights. Also, they didn't say that the parking wasn't free I just got a surprised bill on my account the day after we checked out.
