Property is nice from the outside upon entering the hotel room was dirty no outlets work , dirty shower and sink. Found 4 life cockroaches took it to the front desk all they did was move me rooms no night reimbursement or anything. Moved me to a so call upgraded room at middle of the night had my 5 year old daughter had to pack everything up to once again. Second room air conditioning didn’t work what so ever very unexceptional I do not recommend anyone this place

Bad and disgusting experience
Positives:
Always enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms have plenty of space and the shuttle service is very convenient. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The only thing that is difficult is that the larger rooms are further away from the hotel lobby/entrance, so when we opt for larger rooms when more family is traveling with us, it is such a long walk with the little kids especially at the end of a long day.

Beds were hard, mattresses were old and dirty, was there 4 nights 5 days and our trash wasn’t taken out the entire trip. You could hear the people in the other room loud and clear. There also was no ice machine on the 3rd floor even though there’s a sign and room saying ice machine.

Great location for Disney and the shuttle was very handy and unaware it was provided so that was a bonus.
Nice and quite on the whole.
Negatives:
If you have no business in Anaheim, don't stay here, the area is all freeways. Our room was disappointing, the bathroom especially was tiny. The free wifi provision was ridiculous, it was deliberately kept at a low bandwidth with the aim that people would shell out for faster wifi. if you're an international traveller and trying to avoid costly roaming charges this is extremely frustrating, we could barely use the internet.
The hotel shop is very pricey (California prices and a little more on top) and the range of products didn't include any healthy options.
