The location was within walking distance to CVS. They accommodated our preference the next day.
Negatives:
The staff was not hospitable at all and barely ever in the office unless it was check-in and check-out times. Even when we were polite to them, they were rude. There were ridiculous fees that completely ripped us off. We have never stayed at a place where we had to pay to stay in the same room or extend (unless we paid at the property then we could extend with no fee at a ridiculously higher cost that wasn't worth the value of the room). We ended up with horrible bed bug bites while at the property and found cockroaches in the bathroom which ended up in our suitcases and we had to rewash our belongings or throw some away.

The staff and the pictures they show online are LIES /rooms stunk/beds/toilets didn't flush pretty much EVERYTHING . Drug dealers all night long . people walking and jumping all down the walk way . putting their TV's loud , just no respect !! The rooms were DIRTY , writing all over the walls ans mirriors . I mean it was to late to cancel and get another place otherwise I would of . Osha should be checking this place out cuz it's not safe at all . I seriously don't know how they are still able to rent these rooms . I think most of theses renters are weekly or monthly . The place is just run downed .

Really the main problem with this hotel is the fact that the AC was not working and the AC flooded the room and got my electronics wet.
