The staff was nice and accommodated us right away
Negatives:
Room 2223 was infested with tiny jumping & flying bugs. We told the front desk and he was apologetic and moved us right away which I was very thankful for. The second room was clean but the ac didn’t work all that well during the day so our room got super warm. We only had a day left so we didn’t say anything.

Our hotel room smelled really bad and there was gnats everywhere in our room. There was limited parking next to where you were staying so you had to park further down and walk to your location.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and never a bad experience. This last time I checked in the front lobby notified me they overbooked for the 1 bedroom suite with loft. They definitely made up for the mistake and upgraded free of charge to a 2 bedroom suite. Much appreciated. The breakfast is also awesome!
