Positives:
The location was fantastic, close to plenty of restaurants and a ten minute walk to the parks. We walked in daylight, but Ubered in evening. Don't bother with the shuttle, an uber was cheaper and picked us up from reception. It was great to have a laundry and a pool ! A perfect family accommodation at a fair price.
Negatives:
It was not as nice as the pictures...a bit dated and worn out. A few homeless people wandered around the complex. Breakfast was so so. Mario was a gem, he greeted us every morning with a smile and a chat.

This is a perfect family hotel! You have activities for adults and kids! I love the free parking and the best breakfast, a big thank you to Ofelia, Veronica, Maria, Minerva & Ricardo; the food is delicious and they were all so kind and friendly!! Please remember to tip these hard working employees! I truly loved that the loft had a 2nd bathroom, this was a time saver!

The distance to the park is about 15-20 minutes but we were ok with that!

The fact that our room got flooded and damage some of our belongings and the hotel couldn't give us a comp night after discovering the bathroom flood to our bed area soaked at 1am+.

Really great value option for...
Positives:
There was a lot of police sirens that could be heard. But at no time didn't ever feel unsafe. I only seen one police car as it sped away past us but none of them stopped. It was a great place to stay with great places to eat walking distance from the hotel.
Negatives:
Some of the breakfast things were not that good. There something made that had soggy tortilla chips in a weird southern gravy (best I can explain) and kinda and myself couldn't eat it. Who likes soggy chips? I'd rather just have pancakes in that tray or the eggs and sausage but that meal is then only thing I'd do differdnt

Our downstairs restroom clearly had plumbing issues we called the front desk to have someone come out check the restroom toilet wouldn’t flush and water would just flood and slow go down. No one came out until the next morning and just brought a plunger for our restroom.
