The hotel staff was particularly helpful, courteous, professional, pleasant and quickly responded to our needs.
I noticed while having coffee and breakfast during our stay that Martha worked constantly to keep the breakfast area tidy, respond ing to guests questions and generally keeping things going in that very busy place. I ate alone early and appreciated her "good morning" greeting. She is a great example of my encounters with Element staff.
I like that the front desk staff greeted me every day with "good morning" or "good evening" every day when I left and returned.
The variety, abundance and freshness of the food in the complimentary breakfast.
The ease of access to Disney Parks and the availablity of the shuttle bus.
Negatives:
The motion sensor light in the bathroom! Going on when it sensed movement in the bedroom in the middle of the night or going off while one was in the shower. It was quite independent!
