Dining area is very nice and the arcade room is amazing and keeps kids/ teens entertained! The soaps and lotion available in the restroom had a great scent.
Negatives:
The A/C in the suite rooms did not work properly and it was hot and musty in the rooms. In one room, the fridge also did not work. The landline phone did not have any cords on it. The suite rooms are not very updated, but are decent. We were only provided two bath towels in each suite room and when we asked the evening shift front desk lady, she seemed bothered and rudely stated they didn’t have any towels available because they were short staffed. We witnessed one of the day shift male employees being rude to a customer as well and I can’t help, but feel it was due to her race. We are also required to pay for parking and because there is a club next door on a Saturday night, parking spaces were blocked off and reserved for their customers. Our experience wasn’t very pleasant especially traveling with little ones.

The breakfast was good, and the best part was the ability to have a freshly made omelette. The pool area was great for our kids as well.
Negatives:
I was disappointed that upon arrival we only had two washcloths available, especially since our room was for five occupants. I also did not have a plug for our tub to take a bath and had to borrow one from the room my sister was staying in. Also the trash cans are too small and we’re not able to accommodate a decent amount of trash. The bed was entirely too soft and was not firm at all, so I did not sleep well. For the amount spent for a suite for one night, it did not live up to my expectations.

After traveling all day and checking in late the last thing we needed was to be waken up by housekeeping opening our room door at 8:00AM and again around 9:00am. If checkout is at 11:00 why are they coming into rooms so early in the morning let alone not even allowing a few minutes to open the door! Housekeeping knocked and not even 5 seconds later she was already opening the door! Unacceptable
