Rooms were disgusting, smelly, moldy. The floors were sticky, the bathroom walls had mold. The sink would leak. No one ever when in to tidy up the room. We requesting new sheets & towels & they were never brought. At booking it said breakfast at property, FYI THERE IS NO BREAkKFAST.

The hotel was deceiving in the photos, parts of our floor felt like they were sinking in when we would walk in certain spots. There was a broken large photo frame by the bed the glass was hanging down.
Negatives:
the microwave worked then did not work at times. The water in the shower did not get hot but rather a luke warm instead which took about 20 minutes to get to that point.

The room was spacious and clean. It was close to a number of restaurants. Our room had a full size fridge and a small stove.

There were no amenities unless you ask for them; No soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. Breakfast was grab and go; granola bars and muffins , carbs but no proteins.

I liked the proximity to the DLR. I liked that you can walk to Disneyland or walk over to Toy Story parking lot and take the bus to the parks.
Negatives:
The rooms smelled awful. I moved to three different rooms and each room had their own funk to it. For example, the second room that we were assigned. As soon as I opened the door it smelled like wet dog. I’m aware that this hotel allows pets, but if you’re going to allow them ensure that you’re thoroughly cleaning after them once you check out. Or, have designated pet and non-pet rooms. While the first woman that checked us in was very helpful the second woman who checked us out wasn’t. She asked how we enjoyed our stay. I told her that we didn’t. Her response was “I shouldn’t have asked”. Super unprofessional, and seemed to not care or want to find a solution for my experience. Also, when we got back to the hotel room there was a roach on the door.

I reserved 2 night stay with my child & we left after the first night. I let the staff know why I was leaving & there was no apologies or offer of any type of refund.
The pool is basically located in the middle of the parking lot with no towels on site. This is a pet friendly hotel & it smells like it.
