Positives:
The breakfast was horrible! The biscuits were dry, the eggs were wilted, the sausage was super salty and not real whatsoever! Obviously some very low brand products that they are feeding human beings! The staff was so uncomfortable to deal with when you actually have a real question! To be honest with you, I did not like the valet option, I did not like how you guys do not have a balcony, and I also did not appreciate the valet not being accessible from the room! Wasted so much time waiting around and working around the hotels schedule! Don’t waste my money ever again… I’ll never be back.

Everything! The staff could be more friendly! I saw the fat Asian guy with the mustache who works in the front desk, looking at all the black residents up and down! Totally could tell with my altercation with him that he was racist! I asked him very politely if he could have my car pulled up to the front he told me he would tell valet, but I would need to tell valet in the future… When I got downstairs and waited 15 minutes, I found out myself that he never reached or called valet! The whole time he was on his cell phone texting! You can look up the times on the camera!
