The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. That room is very large, full kitchen and the decor is pleasant

I was placed right by an elevator, and since the hotel is dated, this led to grinding sounds multiple times every hour. The staff did offer to provide me a different room but I chose to keep it as I was already unpacked

The hotel waa old and did not look like the pictures on the website. The staff was sub par and a bit rude. Breakfast was grab and go packaged muffins with fruit. I would not stay here again.

It is close to Disney Parks but so are a lot of other hotels.

Not much cleanliness. They charged 15$ per day as hotel fee and they did not clean the room after every day. We stayed for 3 nights. Front desk mentioned that we need to give 24 hr notice for any cleaning/maintenance.So they clean only after you stay.

Pool was under maintenance for most of our stay. Wish there was an exercise room. Would suggest a broom for the room.

The hotel has a lot of charm; decor is more timeless than modern but clean, well maintained and roomy. It's nice to have different zones within the room, with a seating area, kitchen and work area. 1st floor rooms in the back have a fountain on the patio

Firm but comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen a plus. Front desk personnel were friendly and prompt attending to a thermostat question. Tasty, unique food at the nearby restaurant was great after long drive. Clean! Liked separate dressing area.

All the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable & helpful when it came to any questions we had about the area or our stay. The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable to stay in and having a kitchen on our stay made a huge difference especially with the grocery store right across the street made making our own meals super convenient. The location was also right in the middle of all the attractions that we were wanting to go to allowing us to get around to everything with great timing.

The room that we were staying in was very comfortable and great to stay in but could use a little bit of upkeeping there were some cabinets that the doors were colliding with eachother and there was some strip missing between the tile in the kitchen and the carpet that made for a bit of a toe catcher

The staff, ambiance, proximity to Disneyland
Negatives:
They only clean your room every 3 days- ours had small gnats everywhere when we checked in, and when we requested a cleaning the following day- we were told that it would happen. We came back from Disneyland to the our room not cleaned. If they provide daily cleaning it would be better, as it is an older hotel and the bug situation could be less problematic.
