The check out staff. There was a tall dark skin man who wouldnt talk, carried a mean look on his face and was a bit snotty. And during Breakfast the worker , huffering over your shoulder like a bat while you serve yourself a meal. Those are things I didn't like!

The lady that worked in the kitchen or breakfast was very rude made us not even want to go down for breakfast She always had headphones on people would speak to her. She wouldn’t even address them or Acknowledge. when I checked in, I checked in at midnight upon my arrival I tried to address my concern about having to put another debit card down as I had already did booking.com with my card and the lady said no ma’am there’s no such a thing of pre-pay I continue to explain to her what I had done prior to arrival on booking.com. She said no rudely and told me I needed to give her a card and ID to charge me. I proceeded to explain to her that my other card had already been charged once again rudely said Like I said, there’s no such a thing I proceeded to give her my debit card and ID I asked for a receipt and she said no not until your check out. If you would like you can take a picture of this paper. I said that’s OK thanks so I then proceeded to go in the morning of the next day, and cleared up any doubts with the gentleman working at the front desk very nice guy upon my check out had another very young nice lady, but other than that everything was great.

The only thing I liked about this property was how spacious the suite was however it was dusty and shower head was dirty.
Negatives:
Lack of customer service. Hallway’s were dirty (carpets) and muggy. Bathroom door would lock on its own when no one would be in bathroom.
