Negatives: Hidden Fees - Parking, $20 per car Breakfast- I have never had such a less quality breakfast even in a motel their breakfast is 100% quality and variety. No water, no toothpaste Small swimming pools capacity of 6 persons only Wifi - worst wifi even. You can’t watch the TV nor what from your phone. Cancellation fees Noisy AC

Negatives: Here is the list of what I didn’t like about the hotel: 1. The first thing was that front desk person was not as great-able as the rest of the housekeeping staff. Which I get it people get tired and overworked but wouldn’t hurt to slap a smile on. 2. The hotel charges $25 parking per day + $100 deposit. I was not expecting this since the hotel is not a resort. 3. As soon as we entered the room, one of the doors was off the rails. We informed front desk and attitude was given, instead. The young man that fixed the door was nice and helpful. 4. The water from the shower would often get stuck in the tub and take a few minutes to drain. We all had to stand in each other’s shower water. (Was very uncomfortable with 6 people showering back to back) When we complained to service staff no one came to fix it. 5. The washers only accept coins and they do not have a coin machine on site. 6. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear kids running down the hall, next door room loud convos, and upstairs footsteps. 7. THE WIFI SUCKS!!! This was a big issue with us. To connect to the wifi is open access but the connection was HORRIBLE. We had to leave our rooms to access the internet. 8. Lastly, our room keys kept deactivating. We had to go to the front desk about 3x to activate them again. This was very inconvenient when we would come back from a long day at Disneyland.

Negatives: Near everything! Clean! Free breakfast! And family vibe!

Negatives: Overall not a pleasant stay. We stayed here two years ago and it was worth the money then, but it was not up to the same standards this time. We had to have our room changed as there was a metal bar sticking out from one of the beds that my partner injured himself on. Second room was only better for the fact it didn't have a safety hazard. Cleanliness could be improved quite a bit. We kept coming across long curly black hairs in our bed sheets and the towels throughout our stay, none of us staying has black hair or hair past shoulder length. This was not pleasant, but not worth complaining about as we'd already been changed rooms. The WiFi was woeful, 99% of the time it did not work at all. The sofa bed provided was also dreadful and uncomfortable. The two main beds were tiny, barely fit two adults on it. The tub also did not drain properly at all so you were standing in two feet of water while showering. The quality just does not meet what one would expect and it just wasn't worth what we paid at all. Just overall was not a nice hotel stay.

Negatives: Service, Comfort, and cleanliness

Negatives: Building not really aesthetically pleasing.

Negatives: I didn't like that the pool was covered by the hotel and that the people in the pool were allowed to be very loud late into the night. When we called the front desk to complain about the pool noise, the guy was rude. The guy at the front desk the first 2 days was a jerk and very unhelpful. Our key cards stopped working daily.
