The overall Experience was under par. We had 6 ppl to a room to get 4 towels was a problem. We had to ask for extra pillows for the pull out bed and they were not available. Extra towels were also a problem. We had one day they took all the towels we had and were not replaced. We were offered hand towels. I would not book again. The shower rod was falling off the wall

Old, stuffy, bad odor in the room especially the bathroom, phone did not work, black sharp metals coming out of under the bed. My little kids and I got nipped in the legs by them. Our door divider separating the room was broken so we couldn't close the door.Pool was dirty. Hotel needs a major renovation

Wifi is horrible and I wish the livingroom was swapped with the bedroom. The hallways are very noisy. Maids talk very loudly and parents do not control their screaming kids running up and down.
