The sofa bed mattress was horrible wireframe was hurting my body l asked for a rollaway bed they said it wasn’t one available and the ceiling leaked we had to put towels on floors l asked for a credit well you know how that went less learned would like a credit please

The overall Experience was under par. We had 6 ppl to a room to get 4 towels was a problem. We had to ask for extra pillows for the pull out bed and they were not available. Extra towels were also a problem. We had one day they took all the towels we had and were not replaced. We were offered hand towels. I would not book again. The shower rod was falling off the wall
