The beds are too hard, you can hear everything, the breakfast was stale, the rooms are small and crowded even the family suites which we stayed in. I don’t like how they charge $20 a day and parking was very small and crowded.

Beds not comfortable, sofa bed horrible. No help from staff when we asked for a different mattress for sofa bed they said everything is locked up at night couldn’t help us. Also could not provide any more pillows or comforters. Staff at night repeatedly told us they could do nothing and to check with day staff.

Our stay was fine enough. The location was great, not far from the parks but far enough to be away from the bustle. Selah at the front desk was most helpful and made our stay even better.
