When Im in orange county for years I stay here because I leave in Riverside. But this past weekend was bad i mistakenly click on the smoke room but I dont smoke beside that the room was a dump, dirty smelly nasty, the person in the front desk came to wipe down supposedly to make me happy. so I ask front desk do you have other rooms and he said no ok but non smoking no ok what about if I pay more his like yes I have a 2 beds I said ok so we move to a clean room upgrade but still didnt have shampoo just a tiny hand soap.

The beds/mattress are so uncomfortable that you can feel the springs hurting your back. I asked the building manager if I can get another set of blankets to make the bed comfortable he said sheets were counted and didnt have extra ones. lol what a joke.

The place was really tidy and clean.Up to date clean white towels.nice comforter it smelled clean,and it was clean.I loved that the housekeeper came the second day and tidied up our room we were not expecting that.and to come back to a clean and made up beds was awesome! And fresh clean towels.
Negatives:
Only thing was airconditioner wasn't working and yes I could of went and asked to be moved but the cleanliness of the hotel made my stay comfortable.I can now say that is what I expect staying at motel 6 and recommending this chain of Hotels.
