dirty toilet hair in it
floors were filthy my feet and socks were black after walking with no shoes for not even an hour
when I was checking in, I had requested a disability access room and when I got to check in the person at the front desk put me upstairs when I asked why I was upstairs instead of down He said they didn’t have anything available
I asked even with the reservation for disability room he pulled out a tablet and said u didn’t request downstairs (mind you this is my second time staying here and i didn’t request down stairs last time and i got a disability accessible room and he said well it’s 20 more if you want a downstairs Disability room because all i have is 2 bed rooms that is unfair and wrong
