On my first day in 1:30 in the morning I was woken up by people entering my room as the hotel gave another client the same room! I was offered no refund or anything else for that night which I couldn't sleep at all.
Also in general the sound isolation is almost non existent and the room and furnitures are very outdated.

Them wANTING TO COME IN AND CHECK YOUR ROOM EVERY DAY. THEY CHARGE A $160 TOCOVER THINGSTHAT MAY HAPPEN BUT THE ROOOM CHEKC WAS A LITTLE ANNOYING AND INSULTING

The toilet was leaking we let them know, no one came to fix it, even though they said some one would come . Parking spaces are too close to each other my daughter's car was hit while parked
