Positives:
Basic amenities, older style rooms/motel . No breakfast included but had fridge and microwave in room. Stayed 8 nights room serviced with basics like clean towels , rubbish removed everyday. Staff friendly. Got our room earlier than advised which was good as had a long flight. Able to store luggage on last day also.
Negatives:
Carpets were really dirty and sticky in places they need a good steam clean. Couldnt walk around in room in bare feet as your feet bottoms would be black.

Good value - bit of a walk to Disney but doable or catch the Toy Story Car Park shuttle a block away.
Positives:
Room was poor quality. Facilities badly in need of an update and renovation.
Negatives:
The room quality was poor, very shabby and run down. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.
