Positives:
It was clean, smelled great, and room was a great size. We had a nice full kitchen that was stocked with dishes, cook pots, etc. Property has free hot buffet style breakfast and a bar with food. Has bbq grills you can use. The pool/ hot tub area is nice. Has basketball hoop and ping pong table. The hotel has no ice machines, but you can get complimentary bags (bags are small)
Negatives:
Elevators are slow. One did not operate part of the time we were there. Hotel can get pretty crowded. And the parking lot is very packed. Washers and drivers eat your money. You have to use the app

The bathtubs had black rings around it and had rust inside of them. The entire hotel is full of roaches even in the hotel rooms.

The person at the reception (the one who checked us in) was rude and incompetent as well.
This is not a premium/luxury hotel, so we are not expecting much. But, the person on the desk was mumbling a lot and not willing to change tone or use slightly different words to help us understand better. At one instance, I was asking a question and the person started applying their ChapStick and answered during that. It was rude, weird to look at and very hard to understand.
I did not get the name, but it was a curly haired white t-shirt wearing female at the reception on 7th August at around 6pm.
Safety concern - drunk and disorderly person yelling in the corridors, scared us and the kids. Not the hotels fault though. Cops were called and they kicked the drunk people out.
