I was very disappointed. I pajd already and the money was deducted to my account. I booked for 2 nights.my kids and I went to immigratiin. We went back to the hotel night already and the manager said that booking.com made a mistake tehy check us out for 1 night i said i paid for nughts showing their my confirmation. So the manager joe or joselyn not sure ask me to pay another night which i said i alreafy paud for it ahe said becaise they release the ampunt already they nebver know when it will credited to my account . I said no i will not pay for it.its not my fault but still i paid because thats the only way we can check in again. I am very diasapointed because she is offering us towel and tooth paste for the inconvenience. What the hell kind of service. I WORK ALSO in the hotel we make sure that we cater the needs and wants of our customers give excellent service BUT with them in is really sucks. Firat time to book in marriott. And we were very disapointed my kids and i were so tired that time and still theyre laughing at us. I wanna file a complaint with this.. now they keep on charging me several times on my card.
