Check in was easy. Suitable parking.

The bed did not lock so it kept sliding away from the headboard. The outlets on the lamps did not work. Bathtub/shower didnt seem to be properly cleaned.

This place is really disgusting. Everything is filthy. There was urine soaked into the bed from a prior guest and the floor had poop stains when we checked in. The room smells like urine which made it hard to breathe. They wouldn't let us switch rooms

Location was good except for the freeway noise

On my last day of stay after a week of being a guest the manager decided to cancel my reservation for that day and since she couldnt then decided to not take our debit card. She never had problems with it. They were always able to charge for the room but decided she did not want us the last day. The fridge was not working so most of my food went bad and the manager forcing hs to check out did more damaged. And to top it off one female not sure if it was the manager or a receptionist laughed at my husband and decided to make a comment to her co-worker claiming ny husband was stupid for wanting to pay with his debit card.

Everything went good and the receptionists are very nice and always willing to help and answer your questions that was the best part of my stay there. Everything was great except that i got a room on the side of the freeway and i specially like to enjoy the sounds of nature but the freeway is active 24/7. I would definitely stay there again
