The customer service at the restaurant. The hotel staff were all great! Took the lady 30 min to get my parents their hot drinks after ours had came 15min prior and she rushed us to leave as she handed over the remaining charges from our brunch (when we not asked or had finished)please ask her why, was she rushing us?

Came up for a concert at the Rose Bowl. They were able to accomodate our need for early check in so we could drop off our luggage. Very nice bar and breakfast

Stay there twice a month. Love the rooms! Had a bad experience checking in-but was corrected by another at the front desk. Great dressing on the Cesar salad but it was covering old lettuce. Waiter tried to take my half glass wine away which was strange. Loved the Rose latte and area next to the bar- velvet couch area! The bar small plates food is very nice. And a nice touch of vintage Hermes scarf displayed on each floor. Grounds and decor is wonderful. Nice and quiet is a plus. Front desk (except for yesterday) is very professional. Great room coffee. Glass, not plastic cups. Furniture iThank you
