Motel 6-Arcadia CA - Los Angeles - Pasadena Area

Negatives: The bed was not comfortable at all. It needs a new mattress. When I sleep on the right side, it sloped and several times I almost fell off of it at night. The bathroom was not that clean. Only one bath towel was in the bathroom. Some guests had dogs and I could hear them barking really early or very late at night. I think people stay here long term, and quite often I would have someone standing outside or near my room talking to other people or on their phone and smoking.

Negatives: The staff on Monday 7/1 and Tuesday 7/2, were friendly and helpful. The female staff member on 7/3 around 3pm, was rude and not helpful. She claimed that our dogs were barking loudly. We had asked to not have housekeeping stop by. However, our request was ignored and twice while we were in the room, someone from housekeeping attempted to get inside. In addition, the other rooms around us had dogs, but the female staff member at the desk insisted it was our dogs. When asked if anyone had attempted to go in our room again, she refused to answer. In addition, the floor was dirty when we checked in and the tub had a hole.

Negatives: This was our 4th or 5th stay, and it seems like we are always in the same room on the side facing the main road. People come and go all night so it's noisy. It seems a little unsafe. Saw Q-Tips laying in grass (indication of drug use).
