Modern, clean, spacious hotel room with an enclosed patio and a separate outdoor access to each cottage. 10 min. from the Stanford hospital, close to downtown Menlo Park. Safe location. In room Keurig, slippers, bath robes, water. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Nothing I disliked about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how upscale the rooms in this hotel are and that they have quality furniture, appliances, cosmetics, robes, slippers, etc. Much better experience than some of the 4-star hotels nearby.

We couldnt have hoped for a more perfect everything! I cant say enough and have been constantly raving about this place. The exterior, grounds, room, location, breakfast, and staff. Thank you and God bless you for obviously not cutting any corners and giving such excellence and at such a fair price. We also very much appreciated that there were no bs additional charges for parking or resort fees, and a wonderful European style complimentary breakfast. Bravo on restoring my hope that there actually ARE still businesses that care and strive to make something truly good. We felt very happy to be there, comfortable, and welcome. Please dont change.

Positives:
The staff were warm, welcoming and made me feel like I was a treasured guest. The breakfast was a delicious combination of options from fruit, to porridge to omelette and more. They connected me to a local bike shop, just one block away and then spent a day exploring the area. The hotel is well located and visiting the Stanford University grounds was special.

Overall we loved staying at this hotel! We will definitely return next time we come to visit. It is well decorated, the bed is comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast also was tasty!

The only thing we didn't like was that the light in the bathroom turns on automatically.
