The desk clerk assigned us a room and then at 5 AM another guest tried to get into our room with a key card given to them by the desk clerk! Two different guests given the same room number???!!??? Beyond unbelievable!!! Ruined our whole stay! Plus, when one of our key cards didn’t work the desk clerk gave us a new one without even verifying our name! Major security concerns!!!

Very upsetting and disappointing!
Positives:
Breakfast roo. was unkept, spills not cleaned up, coffee made in a plastic jug, hot food not replaced as needed, staff member eating while stocking items. Parkinv not adequate- we had to wait for someone to leave to park our car. Our room was very hard to find- room numbers not in order and not as posted on the wall. Ants all over our bedside table. Medical type pad was left on our desk, shower items are out of reach-attached to wall outside of shower and our TV didn't work- front desk staff said "sorry I guess something is wrong with our cable" Very disappointing stay- will never go to a Red Lion again.

When arriving got a room that was dirty, beds slept in and towels on ground.
2nd room, chair dirty, hole in bathroom door, spider on light figure in bathroom, tore and dirty lampshade, tv didn’t work so had to get another box, not sure what was in shower dirt or mold? Towel rack broken, towels were completely clean.

The bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom fixtures were clean. Other than that, the place was quite grubby. Everything could use a good scrubbing, and a fresh paint job would go a long way. The laundry room was filthy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but seemed to be fairly disorganized.
