The room was not clean- had to move the bed to get something that fell and it was disgusting at what was there. Shower floor/bathtub felt like you were going to fall theough- drawers stuck- chips/ holes in porcelain by the sink. Gaps in flooring

Morning staff was cheerful and polite, easy to check out, after a lengthy conversation with the front desk, maintenance came quickly to unclog the sink. He was very polite.
Negatives:
Room was mostly clean, but dingy. Bathroom sink was clogged, bar sink was stained. Night staff had little knowledge of property or surroundings. Staff was grumpy. We had to remove a traffic cone to be able to park at the property.

It's an older motel but maintained and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The free breakfast included self serve waffles, juice, Svenhard pastries, Yoplait yogurt, cereal, granola bars, coffee and tea. The staff were very nice. It's a very convenient location and inexpensive compared to others in Auburn.

I've stayed at this motel before and it was nice and quiet. This time some idiot kept setting off his car alarm in the middle of the night- for at least 2 nights in a row. I spoke with the desk clerk at check out and they were able to identify the jerk but couldn't do much about him since he was a frequent Wyndham Club member. I understand you need to keep your clientele, but this guy should have been kicked out or at least asked to park his car several blocks away. The rest of us didn't need to be rudely awaken 3-6 times each night. There were other Wyndham Club members staying, me included, that were not considered at all.

Key didnt work and had to walk back to office. TV didnt work, called office as was told to unplug and replug tv and so I had to pull out the dresser to get at plug. Mind this every time I used tv. No maid service even though we stayed 2 nights.
